The newest trailer for Dune 2 has landed, and it's pretty impressive. The trailer for the sequel to the 2021 film provides a good look at what's to come, featuring the return of Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, and Josh Brolin. The video also spotlights some of the newcomers for the sequel, including Austin Butler, Christopher Walken, and Lea Seydoux, among others.
"Dune: Part Two will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a path of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family," reads a line from the movie's description. "Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee."
Dune 2 is directed by Denis Villeneuve, who also directed the first movie. He co-wrote the screenplay with Jon Spaihts, and the source material is Frank Herbert's iconic novel.
