Gargoyles Remastered Brings A Classic 2D Side-Scroller To Modern Consoles In October

Gargoyles Remastered is releasing on October 19, publisher Disney Games has announced, and with a stylish fresh coat of paint.

The original Gargoyles was a 2D, side-scrolling action platformer released exclusively on the Sega Genesis in 1995 (a planned Super Nintendo version was canceled). The remaster also sports an instant rewind feature, which should prove useful for those tricky platforming segments, as well as a remastered soundtrack and trophy/achievement support.
