Peter Fabiano, senior producer at Capcom, has announced that he is leaving the Japanese company after a sting lasting thirteen years. He recently took to Twitter to confirm the same, thanking everyone at Capcom, and confirming that he is now joining Bungie, where he will be the production department manager and will be involved with the Destiny series.
“Thank you everyone at Capcom for allowing me to grow together with you over the past 13 years. I’m thankful and will cherish the experience forever,” he wrote on Twitter. “Thanks to everyone both in and outside the studio that have supported me over the years. I’ve taken a new position at Bungie working with some great people and continuing my journey.”
At Capcom, Fabiano has been involved in senior productions roles for a number of major games in the last few years. He was a producer on Resident Evil 7, the Resident Evil 2 remake, and the recently released Resident Evil Village. Beyond Resident Evil, he also served as a producer on Devil May Cry 5 and Ghosts ‘n Goblins: Resurrection. Interestingly enough, he also appeared in Resident Evil 7 as the character Peter Walken.
Thanks to everyone both in and outside the studio that have supported me over the years. I’ve taken a new position at Bungie working with some great people and continuing my journey. “Eyes up guardian.”
