THE WHAT? PZ Cussons has announced the appointment of Sarah Pollard as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors, effective January 4, 2021.
THE DETAILS Pollard joins PZ Cussons from Nomad Foods, where she served as Deputy CFO, responsible for all corporate finance functions. Over the course of her career, she has also served in senior finance roles at Diageo, Tesco and Unilever.
Interim CFO, Alan Bergin will continue in his current role until January and through a handover period.
THE WHY? Caroline Silver, Chair of PZ Cussons Plc, commented: “We are excited to welcome Sarah to PZ Cussons. She will be an excellent addition to the executive team and brings a breadth and depth of experience in the consumer goods sector that will be highly valuable to the Company.”
