Nivea India pushes milk as key facial wash ingredient in new ad campaign

THE WHAT? Nivea India has urged consumers to forego normal face wash in favor of the benefits of milk as part of a new advertising campaign for its Milk Delights Face Wash product, according to a report by Exchange4Media.

THE DETAILS Starring Actress Taapsee Pannu, the 360 campaign, which was created by FCB, will be launched digitally as well as on other mediums, and pushes the benefits of milk in facial skincare.

Rakesh Menon, Executive Creative Director Mumbai, FCB Interface said, “Most face washes cleanse well but take moisture away from the skin, leaving it feeling dry. But Nivea Milk Delights adds nourishment and moisture to the skin, thanks to the milk. Through this campaign, we simply wanted to urge people to upgrade to this ‘Milkwash’ that is so much better for their face.”

THE WHY? Discussing the campaign, Sachin Killawala, Marketing Director, Nivea India, says, “Nivea strives to establish the promise of care in every product that we introduce and strengthen that message in every campaign. The new campaign for NIVEA Milk Delights aims to showcase milk as a gentle cleanser that takes care of the skin in the best way possible.”
